PHS is a peat humic substance made from highly humified peat that is proven in documented research to increase the biological process of microorganisms in complex environments.

A wastewater treatment plant only performs as well as the biodiversity of organisms that naturally occur within that plant's biomass. There are many levels of organisms that exist within that environment. These can range from complete ecosystems to the biochemical structures that make up the molecular basis of their heredity.

Biostimulation with PHS increases the biodiversity and biomass of complex environments, enhances their metabolic activity and does not interfere with the heredity of the microorganism. This allows for a natural transfer of the biological characteristics from parent organism to offspring.
